Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Seasonal Tax Associates in TurboTax locations across the United States. This role involves providing tax preparation services, advice, and support to customers while engaging with the local community to drive customer loyalty and business growth. Tax Associates will leverage TurboTax products and marketing support to assist clients with their tax needs both in-person and virtually.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging with new prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and tax return preparation services for various personal and business tax situations.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and optimize tax outcomes for clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Utilize technology and communication tools to interact with customers and address inquiries.

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience filing 50 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using profe
  • Proficiency in technology, including tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
  • Ability to obtain required state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as well as an active Preparer Tax Identificat
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Experience in holistic tax advisory services and a passion for community engagement.
