Overview

Intuit is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Seasonal Tax Associates - Retail On-Site at TurboTax locations across the United States. This role requires combining tax expertise with community engagement to assist customers with their tax needs, while fostering long-term relationships that contribute to Intuit's mission of 'Powering Prosperity Around the World.'

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a community ambassador to represent TurboTax and engage with local prospects
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for clients with varying tax situations
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and maximize refunds
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships
  • Engage with clients both in-person and virtually using Intuit's communication tools

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience filing 50+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season
  • Proficiency in professional tax preparation software
  • Ability to obtain necessary state licenses and active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
  • Experience with holistic tax advisory services
  • Proficiency with technology and CRM/sales tools
