Overview

Intuit is seeking dedicated Seasonal Tax Associates to join their TurboTax locations on a seasonal basis. This role involves leveraging tax expertise to assist customers with their tax needs, while also engaging with the community to build a strong client base and drive customer loyalty. Tax Associates will provide personalized tax preparation and advice, helping clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent TurboTax in the community and engage with prospective clients
  • Convert prospects into long-term clients through proactive outreach
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and maximize refunds
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and genuine interest
  • Utilize technology to connect with customers both in-person and virtually
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of tax filing experience with 50 or more federal and state returns
  • Familiarity with Circular 230
  • Proficient in tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptability to evolving work environments
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
