Overview

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join as Seasonal Tax Associates - Retail On-Site in their TurboTax locations. This role involves leveraging tax expertise to serve customers, build client relationships, and engage with the community while empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally
  • Engage with prospects to convert them into long-term clients
  • Lead local events and marketing initiatives related to tax services
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services
  • Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds
  • Create an exceptional customer experience focused on client financial goals
  • Address client inquiries and help them overcome tax-related challenges

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience filing 50 or more federal and state individual tax returns per season
  • Ability to obtain required state licenses and an active PTIN
  • Familiarity with Circular 230
  • Flexible availability for 25-34 hour work weeks including evenings and weekends
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools
  • Experience with holistic tax advisory services
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
  • Ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment
