Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join as Seasonal Tax Associates - Retail On-Site at new TurboTax locations across the United States. In this role, you will provide tax expertise to customers, guiding them through their tax needs while building trust and long-term relationships within the community. You will work on-site, leveraging TurboTax tools to empower clients in achieving their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax in the local community.
  • Engage and convert prospects into long-term clients through outreach efforts.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and provide future tax planning advice.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and genuine interest.
  • Interact with customers both in-person and virtually using Intuit's communication tools.

Required skills

  • Ability to obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds and an active PTIN.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience filing 50 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230.
  • Availability for a flexible 25-34 hour weekly schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships.
  • Proficient with technology, including tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
