Overview

Intuit is looking for Seasonal Tax Associates to join their TurboTax team in Yonkers, New York. This role involves providing tax preparation services and advice while engaging with the community to grow TurboTax's client base. Tax Associates will work both in-person and virtually, helping clients navigate their tax needs and establishing long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging with prospects and nurturing leads.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for simple to complex tax situations.
  • Conduct tax reviews to uncover deductions and provide future tax planning advice.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and genuine interest.
  • Interact with customers using video communication tools for support and inquiries.

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience filing at least 50 federal and state individual tax returns.
  • Proficient with professional tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) is a plus.
