Overview

Intuit is looking for highly motivated Seasonal Tax Associates to join their team at TurboTax locations across the U.S. This role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and customer service to help clients navigate their tax needs. Ideal candidates will act as trusted advisors, providing tax preparation and advice while fostering long-term relationships with clients in the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a community ambassador, representing TurboTax and engaging with prospects to convert them into clients.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for clients, handling a range of tax situations.
  • Facilitate tax reviews and discovery sessions to uncover deductions and provide future tax planning advice.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and genuine interest in clients' financial goals.
  • Interact with customers in-person and through video communication tools.

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience filing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using professional tax software.
  • Possess or able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds, and an active PTIN.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Adaptability to a changing environment and collaborative team settings.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
