Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Seasonal Tax Associates in Dallas, Texas. This role involves providing tax preparation services and advice to customers, both in-person and virtually, while fostering community engagement and loyalty to the TurboTax brand.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent TurboTax in the local community as a proactive ambassador.
  • Engage with prospects and convert them into long-term clients through outreach.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for various tax situations.
  • Facilitate tax discovery sessions and reviews to identify deductions and planning opportunities.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
  • Interact with customers using state-of-the-art video communication tools.

Required skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience preparing individual 1040 tax returns using professional software.
  • Ability to obtain necessary state licenses and an active PTIN.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230.
  • Proficiency in tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
