Overview

Intuit is seeking motivated Tax Associates for seasonal roles in TurboTax locations. These associates will leverage tax expertise to provide full-service tax preparation and advice, while actively engaging with the community to grow the client base and foster financial prosperity.

Key responsibilities

  • Represent TurboTax as a community ambassador and public face in local areas.
  • Engage with prospects and convert them into long-term clients through proactive outreach.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for clients.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest.
  • Address client inquiries and help customers navigate tax-related challenges.

Required skills

  • 3+ years experience filing 50+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licensing requirements.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
  • Proficient with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
