Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Seasonal Tax Associates at TurboTax locations. This role focuses on providing tax expertise and customer service while engaging with the local community to help customers navigate their tax needs, thereby driving customer loyalty and TurboTax's client base growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax
  • Engage with prospects and convert them into long-term clients
  • Lead local events and participate in marketing efforts
  • Provide tax advice and preparation services for various tax situations
  • Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences both in-person and virtually
  • Address client inquiries and help overcome tax-related challenges

Required skills

  • 3 years of experience filing 50 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
  • Familiarity with Circular 230
  • Ability to obtain related State licenses and an active PTIN
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to work in a changing environment
  • Proficiency with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
