Overview

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Seasonal Tax Associates in retail locations across the U.S. This role focuses on community engagement while providing tax expertise and building long-term relationships with clients. Associates will assist customers with tax preparation and offer personalized tax advice, enhancing customer experiences through both in-person and virtual interactions.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a community ambassador for TurboTax, representing the brand and engaging with potential clients.
  • Provide tax advice and complete preparation services for clients with various tax situations.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and provide future tax planning advice.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest.
  • Address client inquiries and help them navigate tax-related challenges.

Required skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience filing 50+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
  • Proficient in professional tax preparation software.
  • Ability to obtain any necessary state licenses or permits.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with technology, including CRM and sales tools.
