Overview

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Seasonal Tax Associate - In-Store, based in New York City. This position involves providing tax expertise and customer support at TurboTax locations, helping clients navigate their tax needs and fostering community engagement through proactive outreach and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging with prospects and nurturing leads.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for clients.
  • Facilitate tax reviews and discovery sessions to optimize deductions and maximize refunds.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a genuine interest in clients' financial goals.
  • Utilize professional tools and resources to provide accurate tax solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and respect colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience filing 50 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient with tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset for customer portfolio growth.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
