Overview

Under Armour is looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join their team as Seasonal Sales Associates in Cookstown, Ontario. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store organization during the peak seasons, making it ideal for those seeking extra income during summer or holiday breaks.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service including greetings and efficient check-out
  • Suggest appropriate apparel and footwear to customers
  • Stock, straighten, and clean the store
  • Assist in both front and back of store operations, including point of sale
  • Fulfill customer omni-channel requests and support digital experience
  • Work collaboratively with team members
  • Promote customer loyalty through education on the Rewards program
  • Maintain attendance as per company policy
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Required skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic English language skills (preferred)
  • Comfortable with technology, including computers and mobile devices
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (12 kgs)
