Overview

As a Seasonal Repair Specialist at Safelite, you will utilize advanced technology to perform vehicle glass repairs while embodying the company's spirit of service. This role requires a commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction, all under the guidance of experienced technicians.

Key responsibilities

  • Learn and perform vehicle glass repairs following the Safelite Way of Fitting
  • Manage work orders, customer documentation, and communication through Mobile Resource Management technology
  • Promote and sell Safelite promotional items to customers
  • Clean customer vehicles during repair wait time
  • Safely operate company and customer vehicles, including the use of tools and chemicals
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Experience in auto glass repair and vehicle maintenance
  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and compliance with operational regulations
  • Basic documentation management and communication skills
