They are hiring for a Screen Printing Specialist for 1st shift.Responsibilities include:Set up, operation and maintenance of the flat bed rotary wide format screen presses.Read and interpret job orders and print jobs according to client specifications.Inspect printing and make adjustments as needed during press runs.Work closely with printing crews to ensure jobs meet and/or exceed client expectations.Work closely with print supervisor to ensure that quality and on-time production specs are met.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Qualifications include:Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience operating flat bed rotary wide web screen presses (or similar screen presses).Focused on high quality printing while maintaining a clean and safe work space.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent color matching and registration experience.Excellent communication skills.Basic math and reading skills.Stating salary $80,000 - $95,000Excellent benefits, 401k match and relocation pkg.Great career opportunity for company in growth and expansion mode.
