Job Description Job Description Mano's Wine is looking to add a Screen Printer to our growing team! This position would entail:This position will work in the Screen Print department, working with UV inks and inspecting screen printed materials. Mechanically inclined.Fast paced environment Basic screen reclaiming/coating techniquesA basic understanding of math, specifically degrees of rotation due to the nature of the automated rotary press. Responsible for equipment set-up and troubleshootingProduction of products consistent with quality control standards established.Perform prototype testing tasks along with any other manufacturing related tasks as assigned from time to time.Performs efficiency gain calculations and trackingResponsible for driving continuous improvement.Maintain a heightened level of focus on safety and has an in-depth understanding of all safety policies and procedures.Maintain good housekeeping and waste management practices.Other duties may be assigned or duties may change based on business needsJob Requirements:2-3 years experience in screenprinting position preferredHigh attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsAbility to problem solveAbility to multi-task Company Description Mano's Wine is a fast-growing custom wine company specializing in premium, deep-etched, metallic, and fully customized wine bottles for corporate gifting, licensed partnerships, championships, events, and special occasions.
