Overview

Frontage Laboratories is seeking a Scientist or Associate Scientist in Biomarker to join their team in Exton, Pennsylvania. The role involves developing bioanalytical methods and conducting method validation for biomarker assays, contributing to drug development and clinical trials within a renowned full-service CRO.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct method validation for bioanalytical methods
  • Perform sample testing in compliance with GLP and/or cGMP regulations
  • Utilize various laboratory instruments including LC-MS, SIMOA, MSD, SP-X, ELLA
  • Assist principal investigator and responsible scientist with projects

Required skills

  • Experience in biomarker assays and bioanalytical methods
  • Knowledge of method validation
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance (GLP, cGMP)
  • Ability to operate laboratory instruments
  • B.S. or M.S. level education in a relevant field
