Overview In this role you will lead the design, production, and quality control of research-grade RNA for LNP discovery and development, serving as the technical lead for RNA manufacturing and analytics. You will develop robust workflows for diverse RNA formats and collaborate across formulation, analytical, and biology teams to optimize delivery and activity. You will troubleshoot complex issues, interpret quality data, and drive process improvements with a hands-on, problem-solving approach. This position offers the chance to shape RNA-LNP programs in cancer therapies and contribute to scalable, transfer-ready workflows.
