will integrate various types of data, including multi-'omics', literature and clinical data, and apply analytical models to derive novel insights such as gene to disease associations for therapeutic hypothesis generation; develop computational approaches to address patient stratification and biomarker challenges on complex autoimmune/neurological diseases, such as identifying biomarkers for sub-groups of patients with different pathogenesis process, or patients that may best response to Sanofi's drug treatments; perform supervised analysis of large molecular datasets, including transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics data using specialized bioinformatics pipelines/tools.
