Munster School Crossing Guards work 30 minute shifts before and after school, Monday through Friday, following the local school calendar. Candidates working both assigned shifts receive additional paid bonus time, with total daily earnings of $32.00. About the Position All City Management Services is currently hiring multiple School Crossing Guards throughout Munster to help support student safety. Crossing Guards play an important role in helping children safely travel to and from school while serving as a positive presence in the community. Responsibilities Safely assist students and pedestrians at designated crossingsMonitor traffic flow and maintain safe crossing conditionsRemain attentive and alert throughout assigned shiftsCommunicate professionally with students, parents, school staff, and driversFollow all company safety procedures and training guidelines Qualifications Must be at least 18 years oldReliable and punctualComfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsAble to stand for extended periodsStrong communication and observation skillsCandidates living near the assigned school area may be best positioned for timely arrival to scheduled shifts.
