We are hiring a School-Based Therapist (LCSW or LPC) in El Paso, Texas, who will provide therapy services to students while collaborating with educators and support staff. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule and a built-in work-life rhythm aligned with the school calendar.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide therapy services to students in a school setting
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff
  • Manage a caseload of 30 patients per week
  • Meet baseline expectation of 25 encounters per week

Required skills

  • Active Texas LCSW or LPC license
  • Experience in a school-based setting
  • Ability to manage a structured caseload
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
