The Sewickley Valley YMCA is seeking dedicated professionals for various School Age Childcare positions within the Quaker Valley School District for the Fall 2026 school year. These part-time roles focus on positively impacting children's growth and development in a supportive educational environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide students to foster leadership skills
  • Support a positive classroom environment as an Assistant Teacher
  • Set the tone for the day as a Before School Teacher
  • Ensure compliance with childcare licensing requirements

Required skills

  • Degree in Early Childhood, Elementary Education, or related human service field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with children
  • 2500 hours of documented childcare experience
  • High School Diploma or higher education for some positions
  • Ability to obtain required clearances and physical tests
