Overview

Join Klamath Basin Behavioral Health as a Scheduling Specialist, where you will play a vital role in coordinating client appointments and managing schedules within the Credible Electronic Health Record system. This full-time position is located in Klamath Falls, Oregon, and offers an opportunity to work alongside a dedicated clinical team in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Schedule all assigned clients' appointments in Credible EHR.
  • Update all assigned providers' scheduling in Credible EHR.
  • Call clients to confirm next-day appointments and update providers' schedules.
  • Coordinate initial client scheduling with the assessment team.
  • Maintain Client Caseload management report in Credible BI and Tableau.
  • Support the smooth operations of the agency by assisting office staff.
  • Facilitate crisis protocol for clients in need of urgent services.
  • Attend provider meetings as needed to support scheduling.

Required skills

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of office experience
  • One year of client information data input experience
  • One year of client scheduling experience
  • Valid Oregon driver's license
  • Experience with Credible Electronic Health Record (EHR)
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Experience in using Tableau for reports
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
