Overview

Scribe OpCo Inc, also known as Koozie Group, is seeking a Scheduling & Planning Manager to enhance manufacturing operations by creating and maintaining production schedules that align with customer needs. This role involves collaboration across various departments to drive process improvements and ensure effective communication within the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and manage production schedules based on sales activity and forecasts
  • Support production supervisors with scheduling adjustments
  • Evaluate production lead times and determine ship dates
  • Analyze and prioritize work for manufacturing operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling issues
  • Develop and implement manufacturing responses aligned with market demand
  • Monitor performance against plans and identify demand fluctuation risks
  • Lead and manage a team within the Scheduling/Art Processing department

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management preferred
  • Experience in production scheduling or manufacturing planning
  • Leadership experience managing people
  • Sales forecasting experience
  • Technical Skills: Oracle EBS, Advanced Supply Chain Planning systems, Lean manufacturing principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Access, Smartsheet, and SharePoint
