Overview In this SAP Data & Analytics role within Deloitte's SAP practice, you help clients modernize processes and enable AI-enabled SAP transformations. You'll work with cross-functional teams to prototype and deliver data-driven solutions that support Agentic ERP journeys toward autonomous enterprise. Your work combines SAP expertise with AI accelerators to generate measurable business impact for clients. This is a hands-on, fast-paced consulting position that values collaboration, speed, and clear stakeholder engagement. ResponsibilitiesCoordinate milestones, dependencies, risks, and team responsibilities across delivery teamsTranslate business questions into data models, semantic layers, and reusable analytics productsSupport client workshops to translate needs into scalable designs and validate insightsDesign and deliver solutions using SAP Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAC, BW/4HANA, S/4HANA embedded analytics, and HANA CloudContribute to repeatable data acquisition, integration, transformation, modeling, reporting, and performance management patternsAnalyze data to uncover insights, improve data quality, and support client decisionsContribute to proposals and reusable assets and share knowledge with the teamEngage with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to generate measurable business impactSupport SAP Data & Analytics workstreams, coordinating milestones and quality across delivery teams Key requirementsBachelor's degree or an associate degree with 4+ years of SAP/ERP/consulting experience2+ years of SAP consulting, ERP implementation, or SAP/ERP transformation experience in a consulting or industry environmentExperience supporting at least one full-lifecycle SAP implementation from initiation through go-live and hypercare, including SAP S/4HANA implementation1+ year hands-on functional or technical experience with SAP Data & Analytics toolsets (SAP BDC, Datasphere, SAC, Joule copilot/SAC compass)Experience implementing or configuring SAP data and analytics solutions using Datasphere, SAC, BW/4HANA, or S/4HANA embedded analyticsExperience engaging with client stakeholders to gather or validate data and analytics inputsWillingness to travel up to 50%Preferred: AI tools experience (generative AI, intelligent automation, ML, conversational AI) and familiarity with SAP BW/4HANA, HANA Cloud modeling, Databricks, and related SAP toolsExperience contributing to proposals, solution designs, or coaching junior team membersOne or more SAP certifications (e.g., BDC, Datasphere/BW/4HANA, SAC)Strong written and verbal communicationIndependence and ability to collaborate in teamsAttention to detail and qualitySAP Business Data CloudSAP DatasphereSAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
