Please note that a majority of roles within the Big Lake facility work with pork products and/or are in the same room with both pork and non-pork meat products Job Location: Big Lake, MN Job Type: Full Time Shift(s) Available: 3rd Compensation: $21.05/hr Benefits Information Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Shift Differential: $2.00/h Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law Principal Accountabilities Accountable for cleanliness and housekeeping duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment ensuring the plant is food safe and ready for production the following day Disassembling and re-assembling equipment, power washing, sanitizing, scrubbing on hands and knees, lifting, carrying, and pushing containers Proper chemical use Follow and champion personal and food safety policies and procedures as well as reporting any and all concerns or violations to the Leadership Team Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Must be able to read, write, and speak English Must be to work with pork products which is a requirement of this specific job Ability to perform basic math such as Addition, Subtraction, Division, and Multiplication Must be willing to work in hot, cold and wet environment with cleaning chemicals Ability to work overtime, including weekends and/or holidays as needed with advanced notice Preferred Qualifications Previous food manufacturing experience Previous experience in a fast paced, safety focused environment Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet To apply using chat/text, please click Apply Now button OR use this link to create a login to apply.
