Description: Terrazzo and Marble Supply Company is a 100% Employee-Owned, industry-leading business with over 75 years of success. We are one of the largest distributors of natural stone slabs, poured-in-place terrazzo, and quartz surfacing. We believe that the cornerstone of our success is due to the teamwork and dedication of our employee-owners.We are looking to add a Full-Time, Permanent Sample Producer for a Monday through Friday day shift. This role is an opportunity to learn a specialized trade and connect with influencers in the field.Primary job responsibilities:Pour, grind, and polish custom terrazzo samples.Tinting quarts/gallons of epoxy.Organizing and refilling chip containers.Loads and unloads materials onto and from various containers, including trucks, conveyors, racks, pallets, and/or trays; utilizes appropriate tools to accomplish tasks.Maintains a safe, clean working environment.Participates in quality improvement efforts.Performs other duties as assigned by the manager. Requirements: What you'll need to get the job done:One to two years related experience or equivalent.Team-oriented mentality.History of reliability.Ability to work grinding and polishing machinery along with a variety of saws.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsAbility to manage priorities and workflowVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasmAcute attention to detailMust be relatively proficient with math skills.Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:Lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance.Climb a ladder to a height of at least 20 feet.Wear appropriate safety equipment.Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, and balance regularly.What You'll Love About Us:Great Company Culture: Ownership culture means investing in each other's success.
