Job Description

Overview

Talent Software Services is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect for a 24-month contract based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role involves partnering with business units to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, particularly in the realm of Pricing & Contracting, through an agile and collaborative approach.

Key responsibilities

  • Run discovery and translate business requirements into designs
  • Lead design sessions and workshops to deliver scalable solutions
  • Estimate level of effort and assess feasibility, benefits, and risks
  • Own solution design and configuration, enabling teams for delivery
  • Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Provide thought leadership and architecture guidance on Salesforce capabilities
  • Define, diagram, and document end-to-end solution architecture
  • Drive architecture governance and portfolio lifecycle decisions
  • Support and mentor team members, including admins and developers
  • Build and govern architecture standards and evaluate new Salesforce products

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 8+ years with an advanced degree
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (configuration and/or development)
  • 2+ years in a technical lead or architecture role
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge, including Agentforce/AI capabilities
  • Experience with Pricing & Contracting technologies
  • Salesforce integration experience with business systems using APIs and iPaaS/tools
  • Experience in customer-facing delivery roles and leading enterprise Salesforce programs
  • Ability to document solution architecture and communicate effectively
  • Experience with data management/analytics and release management
  • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve upon hire
