Overview

Scale Computing is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join their Business Systems Team in Bengaluru, India. The role involves providing support for internal and external users on the Salesforce platform and other integrated systems, emphasizing a positive user experience and effective collaboration with various teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming ticket requests from internal users
  • Provide real-time support for issues relating to Salesforce and other integrated systems
  • Assist with break/fix requests and system testing
  • Handle ad hoc report and dashboard requests
  • Improve user experience through standardization, documentation, training, and usability initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop Salesforce solutions
  • Utilize tools for data scrubbing, manipulation, and record insertion
  • Maintain and customize Salesforce objects and settings
  • Leverage declarative tools for system enhancements

Required skills

  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Understanding of Salesforce database structure and best practices
  • Strong business acumen, technical aptitude, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
