Overview

Philly's Best Steak Company, a prominent Philadelphia-area meat processing facility specializing in high-quality Philly-style steak products, is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator. This role is essential for supporting the daily operations of the Sales organization through effective communication, coordination, and reporting across various departments such as Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance.

Key responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day coordination and communication across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and HR
  • Maintain and improve sales-related databases and documentation
  • Assist with new customer and item onboarding processes
  • Coordinate and distribute recurring sales reports and analytics
  • Audit pricing files and manage customer price lists
  • Monitor and coordinate responses for sales-related inquiries
  • Support trade shows and customer events logistics and follow-up
  • Organize sales collateral and marketing support materials
  • Coordinate administrative support for Sales Leadership
  • Manage scheduling of sales meetings and follow-up communications
  • Support customer feedback and complaint resolution
  • Assist with CRM management and internal sales communication
  • Provide general administrative coverage as needed
  • Support inventory management for sales initiatives
  • Contribute to process improvements within the Sales organization

Required skills

  • Sales Support and Operations experience
  • CRM Management
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and reporting)
  • Ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented approach
  • Experience in foodservice, manufacturing, or distribution
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
  • Ability to occasionally travel for trade shows or meetings
  • Ability to lift and move trade show materials (up to 40 lbs.)
