Overview

The Sales Support Assistant for Group Sales at Six Flags Great Adventure is a seasonal role responsible for supporting group sales operations through administrative tasks, contracting, order processing, and billing assistance. This position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure effective client service and event execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage sales contracts, ensuring timely execution and compliance
  • Process sales and event orders accurately, including ticketing and returns
  • Assist with event execution for corporate outings and youth programs
  • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for billing and payment collections
  • Work with corporate leadership on product setup and pricing compliance
