Overview

The Sales Support Assistant for Group Sales at Six Flags Great Adventure is a seasonal position focused on supporting group sales operations with administrative tasks, contracting, order processing, and billing assistance. The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure efficient and high-quality client service.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage sales contracts, ensuring timely execution and storage
  • Process sales and event initial orders and manage updates
  • Coordinate ticket distribution and fulfillment options
  • Assist with event execution for corporate outings and programs
  • Work with Accounts Receivable and Payable teams on client billing
  • Collaborate with leadership on product setup and pricing adjustments
