The Sales Support Assistant for Group Sales at Six Flags Great Adventure will play a crucial role in supporting group sales operations through administrative tasks, order processing, and billing assistance. This seasonal position involves collaborating with management to ensure seamless event execution and top-tier client service.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage sales contracts, ensuring timely execution and compliance
  • Process sales and event initial orders accurately
  • Assist with order entry into ticketing platforms
  • Partner with event teams for successful event execution
  • Assist with corporate outings and youth programs
  • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Payable teams on billing
