Overview

The Sales Support Administrative Coordinator at Modern Office Methods provides essential administrative support to a team of outside sales executives. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth progression of sales opportunities by managing documentation, verifying accuracy, and collaborating with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support approximately 10 sales representatives in managing the administrative and documentation process for deals
  • Prioritize and manage multiple urgent requests from sales reps
  • Verify existing client configurations to support upsell opportunities
  • Prepare sales documentation for review and client signatures
  • Review and finalize signed paperwork for submission to corporate order processing
  • Enter and maintain accurate sales deal information in the CRM system
  • Communicate with clients when sales representatives are unavailable
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve inquiries
  • Utilize Excel for cost analysis and pricing decisions
  • Process orders for Managed Print Services and other offerings
