Overview

Lowe's is seeking a Sales Specialist for ProServices in Kahului, Hawaii, who will be responsible for engaging Pro customers to understand their project needs and driving sales growth. The role involves creating quotes, managing orders, and promoting loyalty programs while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales goals by engaging Pro customers.
  • Develop understanding of Pro customers' project needs.
  • Create and manage quotes, blueprints, and material lists.
  • Promote Pro Credit and Loyalty Programs.
  • Coordinate fulfillment and delivery activities.
  • Prospect for new Pro customers and build relationships.
  • Utilize expanded inventory capabilities to win sales.
  • Partner with various sales teams for customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Pro Desk area.

Required skills

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • General customer-facing sales experience or Lowe's experience.
  • 1 year of sales experience identifying and selling products.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Ability to obtain required sales-related licensure.
  • Associate degree (preferred).
  • Experience with special-order sales and follow-ups (preferred).
  • Bilingual (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Teams.
