Overview

Lowe's is seeking a Sales Specialist for Pro Services in Lahaina, Hawaii. The role involves engaging with Pro customers to identify project needs, drive sales growth, and manage customer relationships while aligning services such as delivery and installation.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales goals by engaging with Pro customers
  • Develop an understanding of customers' project needs
  • Create and manage quotes, material lists, and orders
  • Promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to generate new Pro accounts
  • Coordinate fulfillment and delivery activities
  • Prospect for new Pro customers and build relationships
  • Utilize inventory capabilities to support sales
  • Partner with teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain an organized Pro Desk area and support training

Required skills

  • Customer-facing sales experience
  • Sales experience with the ability to identify customer needs
  • Experience in customer service and issue resolution
  • Ability to obtain sales-related licensure as required
  • General Studies or equivalent experience
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Experience with sales orders and follow-ups
  • Bilingual skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Teams
