Overview

As a Sales Specialist for Kitchen and Cabinets at RONA, you will leverage your expertise in customer service to guide customers in selecting the right products for their projects. This role emphasizes a strong commitment to community service and the development of a supportive work environment, where your contributions and ideas will be valued.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the store expert by providing detailed product information to customers and associates
  • Conduct sales activities by promoting and recommending products and services
  • Keep shelves stocked and merchandise correctly displayed
  • Prepare weekly flyer
  • Perform order management duties including entering new orders and tracking special orders
  • Provide excellent customer service through execution of customer service programs
  • Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
  • Complete other related tasks to ensure smooth store operations
