Air Max HVAC is looking for a Sales Specialist to support their in-home sales team by providing real-time assistance during customer appointments. Key responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from in-home sales representatives during active customer appointments
  • Provide real-time pricing, promotions, and deal structuring to maximize close rates
  • Guide sales reps on positioning offers and overcoming objections
  • Present and explain financing options clearly and confidently over the phone
  • Support sales reps in closing deals while maintaining strong margins
  • Maintain consistency in pricing strategy and company standards
  • Track call outcomes and continuously improve conversion performance
