The Sales Representative at 1-800 Hansons LLC is positioned to leverage pre-qualified leads to maximize earnings in home improvement sales. This role requires individuals who are competitive and motivated by financial rewards while providing exceptional customer service in areas such as windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and bath remodeling.

Key responsibilities

  • Run 2-3+ pre-qualified appointments per day
  • Build trust and deliver a 5-star customer experience
  • Use AI technology and digital tools to measure home improvement projects
  • Present customized solutions for home improvement projects
  • Deliver pricing and proposals through a one-call-close sales process
  • Secure financing approvals to assist customers
  • Follow proven sales systems to maximize closing ratios

Required skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong desire to achieve high earnings
  • Comfortable using technology including iPads, CRM platforms, and AI tools
  • Ability to overcome customer objections
