Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective and existing customers at assigned promotional locations. Explain relevant client products, services, and campaign offerings accurately. Identify customer questions and communicate appropriate information based on client guidelines. Assist interested customers with applicable applications or enrollment procedures. Develop professional customer relationships through clear communication and attentive service. Learn and follow campaign-specific procedures, policies, and promotional updates. Maintain accurate inventory records and follow operational requirements. Protect confidential customer information and comply with applicable data-handling procedures.
