Overview

iBall Instruments is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for their Rigwire gas detection equipment targeted at the oil & gas and industrial safety markets. This field-based role involves identifying business opportunities and leveraging existing industry relationships to drive sales growth in hazardous environments where gas detection is crucial.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in oil & gas and industrial sectors
  • Sell gas detection equipment to various clients including mud logging companies and drilling contractors
  • Leverage existing industry relationships to generate sales
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical benefits
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Close deals and drive revenue growth

Required skills

  • Experience selling in oil & gas, industrial safety, or drilling operations
  • Existing contacts in mud logging, drilling, or HSE roles
  • Proven track record of closing B2B sales
  • Comfortable selling technical equipment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
