The ideal candidate will have strong relationships withgrowers, agricultural distributors, retailers, crop advisors, and other agricultural customers.Key Responsibilities Develop new agricultural chemical and crop nutrition business. Build relationships with growers, distributors, retailers, and crop advisors. Manage and expand existing customer accounts. Identify cross-selling and new business opportunities. Recommend chemical and crop nutrition solutions. Coordinate product evaluations and field trials. Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms. Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts. Travel regularly throughout California and Arizona.Required Skills 5+ years of outside sales experience in agricultural chemicals, crop nutrition, or agriculturaldistribution. Established relationships within California and/or Arizona agriculture markets. Strong customer acquisition and account management skills. Experience working with growers, distributors, agricultural retailers, or crop advisors. Strong technical and consultative sales capabilities. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Valid driver's license. Authorization to work in the United States.
