Job Description

Overview

As a Sales Representative at Patiova, you will play a crucial role in supporting our nationwide network of wholesale customers and assisting our retail location. You'll be part of a focused team dedicated to driving growth through relationship building and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain existing dealer relationships
  • Reach out and follow up with new prospective dealers/customers
  • Present new prospects with furniture and playset packages
  • Prepare accurate quotes and follow up with customers and dealers
  • Build strong relationships through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Work at events including home shows, open houses, retail events, and the annual Outdoor Living Summit

Required skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRMs
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Self-motivated with outbound calling experience
  • Creative and solutions-driven
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • 1-2 years of sales experience (retail or B2B preferred)
  • Customer service experience
