Overview

The Sales Representative - In Training role at MI Windows and Doors is an entry-level position aimed at fostering future Territory Sales Managers. The position is designed to provide practical experience in sales support, customer relationship management, and account management within the window and door business, contributing to personal and company growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Shadow the Territory Sales Manager on customer visits and distributor meetings
  • Assist with preparing quotes, presentations, and proposals
  • Learn company product lines and their applications
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors and contractors
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities
  • Support sales strategies and account growth initiatives
  • Maintain documentation of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Participate in structured training and development programs
