Overview

The Sales Operations Specialist at Big Belly Solar LLC in Needham, MA will support the Sales team across various business segments by managing customer relationships and overseeing the order-to-cash process. This in-office role involves collaborating closely with various departments to enhance process efficiencies and drive business results.

Key responsibilities

  • Support sales processes including pre-order, order processing, and post-order documentation
  • Issue quotations for hardware and software
  • Send shipping information and delegate onboarding tasks
  • Generate sales reports
  • Process hardware and software orders
  • Complete shipping damage claims
  • Administer CRM and provide end-user support
  • Assist in arranging international shipping and documentation
