Job Description

Overview

The Sales Operations Specialist at Big Belly Solar LLC will support the Sales team by enhancing customer interactions and managing the order-to-cash process. This in-person role requires collaboration across various departments while focusing on process improvement and data management.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the sales process, including pre-order, order processing, and post-order documentation
  • Issue quotations for hardware and software
  • Send out shipping information and delegate onboarding tasks
  • Generate sales reports and process orders
  • Complete shipping damage claims
  • Provide end-user support for CRM and assist with data quality improvement
  • Arrange international shipping and manage related documentation
  • Assist in miscellaneous duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Customer support experience (2+ years)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn various software programs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organizational skills
