Overview

The Sales Manager - Rentals at Kelly Generator & Equipment Inc. will lead a Maryland-based sales team focused on the rental business. This role involves developing relationships with contractors and facility managers to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a relationship-driven sales team focused on territory growth
  • Strengthen relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Lead the Sales On-Call Rotation for critical customer needs
  • Manage pricing strategies and provide accurate revenue forecasting

Required skills

  • 5+ years of Sales Management experience in Generators, HVAC, or Heavy Equipment
  • Proven track record in overcoming objections
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred)
