Key responsibilities

  • Manage the sales team and oversee daily store operations
  • Conduct training and development for future managers
  • Recruit and onboard new associates, ensuring a positive orientation process
  • Resolve customer issues to provide a seamless service experience
  • Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings
  • Prepare and manage sales promotions and contests
  • Maintain open communication with all departments
  • Support the General Manager and other department managers
  • Complete various reports as required
