Leon's is seeking a self-motivated Sales Manager in Training to join their team in Brockville, Ontario. The successful candidate will participate in comprehensive leadership training programs designed to foster personal development and career advancement within the company. Key responsibilities

  • Manage the sales team and oversee floor management
  • Train and develop team members, building a talent pool of future managers
  • Conduct recruitment, including interviews, hiring, and onboarding
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless service experience
  • Manage daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Maintain safety and security for stores, associates, and customers
  • Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings
  • Prepare and manage sales promotions and contests
  • Foster open communication across departments within the store
  • Support the General Manager and other department managers
  • Complete various reports as needed
