Appliance Canada is seeking a self-motivated Sales Manager in Training to help lead and develop a sales team while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in maintaining Leon's tradition of excellence and providing opportunities for personal and professional growth through comprehensive training programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the sales team and oversee daily store operations
  • Recruit, train, and develop future managers
  • Conduct interviews and ensure a positive onboarding experience for new associates
  • Resolve customer issues and enhance the service experience
  • Prepare and manage sales promotions and contests
  • Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings
  • Maintain open communication with all departments
  • Support the General Manager and other department managers
  • Complete regular reports and assist in various duties as required
